Sacramento's legendary Top of the Town lounge could be returning to the penthouse of the downtown Elks Building after an absence of more than 40 years.The J Street building's 13th and 14th floors become available this month with the move of tenant Sactown magazine to larger digs nearby.
Building co-owner Steve Ayers reports he's already heard from prospective tenants interested in opening a bar there again. (Story Continued...)
